New York-Presbyterian Hospital

VTX provided elevator consulting services for the eight elevators at The Allen Pavilion as well as a commissioning program for seven new overhead gearless elevators for a 250,000-square-foot addition to the Children’s Hospital of New York.

VTX is providing a maintenance audit on existing vertical transportation equipment at the Northridge Medical Center as well as maintenance and safety audit services for various locations in Arizona.

VTX is performing elevator facility condition assessments for eight facilities.
Pinnacle Health Hospital
Location: Harrisburg, Pa.
VTX performed a traffic performance analysis for six elevators as well as designed modifications to incorporate the new loads associated with adding a helipad to the roof. The design included extending the elevator tower and adding a glass-enclosed vestibule to provide access to the roof.
Western Maryland Hospital Center
Location: Hagerstown, Md.
Provided design and construction administration services for modernization program. The improvements required a new microprocessor control system, new signal and operating devices, and new door-operating equipment.
