Prepared a commissioning program that stressed proper elevator operation in conjunction with other hospital systems, including HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, and emergency power. This special commissioning program also tested the elevators under emergency conditions.

Designed modifications to the existing building to incorporate the new loads associated with adding a helipad to the roof. Design included extending the elevator tower and added a glass-enclosed vestibule to provide new access to the roof.

Provided design and construction administration services for modernization program. The improvements required a new microprocessor control system, new signal and operating devices, and new door-operating equipment.
